Title: Unbanned but Still Banned? What the hell?

On the 28th, I was "Unbanned" ted even said I was unbanned, but, two days later, now, I'm still banned..... seriously...... what the hell?

Your account must be knackered or the panel unban either way I cannot solve it as I do not have the tools to.

Okay ted, how do we resolve this then? If nobody can figure out whats wrong, and nobody can unban me, how will I be able to play Argo again?
