Hi Cyber,
As a long time regular player, you should know that you are not allowed to give out fines for 6.000$(all he had)... Especially not to new player as you did..
You were also reported many times for abusing scripts, evading in water (as suspect), carkilling, carjacking and even using some sort of hacks/mods (floating in air)...
Could you please explain yourself?

yes i can explain and alot,lets start with 6000$ fine: i dont remember if i ever did this if you can send me pic in private il can explain about this,evading in water here it is:i was driving in bike with my friend from [lcpt] i think it was gustavo,i did a stunt and he fell off the bike and died and its says i kill him,so talya and his crew started chasing me and i explained its invalid and they not listen me just think about the money and there wasnt admin online,so i escaped in the sea and i got remember i saw a drift island that i installed someday but it didnt worked because i havent have the latest patch,so for not die in water i sometime was walking on it for not die,and then talya came with heli after me and started ram me and i have alot screen i can send u in private if you want.

Why did you use mods (drift island) even though you knew mods are NOT allowed?
