For those of you who think about 2014 World Cup or something, have a little taste of what you will see...
Brazil's the biggest crack market in the world and makes up for 20% of the drug's global consumption, according to the Second National Research on Alcohol and Drugs, published by Federal University of Sao Paulo this Wednesday (5). Last year, 2.8 million people used crack and cocaine in the whole country.
The research reveals that, in the past year, 1 in each 100 adults used crack, which means 1 million people.
Finding crack was considered ''easy'' by 78% of the drug's users, and 10% of those claimed to sell some of the drug in their possession.
The research, which was conducted with 4.607 interviewed people in 149 Brazilian cities, shows that the first use of cocaine happened before the age of 18 for almost half (45%) of those who used or still use the drug. 48% became drug addicts and 27% claimed to use the drug every day or more than twice a week.
About 4% of the adult population have already tried cocaine atleast once in their lives. 3% of the country's teenagers have also had experiences with the drug.

The only thing good about Brazil is the Carnival, and even then I am still in doubts.

The only thing you see once you get out of Galeao is a favela that's the government been trying to hide by adding walls around the road so it blocks the view towards it, and a river that smells like cow crap combined with the toilets of that entire Favela.

Brazil is a rich country, it has a large economy and a shit ton of money, the thing is, the money is entirely taken by corrupt politicians, and instead of fixing the roads, investing in security and healthcare, aswell as education, they make Shows for the people who barely have money to eat..
My city for example, was hit by the largest floods and landslides ever in Brazil, it's been almost 2 years, and 2 neighbourhoods are still entirely filled with mud and destroyed houses, but instead, we had famous people doing shows for a holiday from my town..

We have 1 party full of now-unpopular celebrities which calls itself communist, 3 trotskyist parties which remind me of kindergarten children doing projects on how to make the world a better place, and 1 actual communist party. Guess which one is the least popular. Would not work, heh.
Maybe it would work if we had carnaval-themed Avante festivals.

All narcotics are illegal, I think medical purposes (only with a lot of bureaucracy) are allowed.
But if you are caught with a small amount of drugs and you declare yourself as only an user and it is your first time, you generally get to sign a ''responsibility term'' and that's it.
