Why are quotes important?
Quotes are used in many aspects, as motivational influences, business aspiration, a learning experience and so much more. In many aspects of a quote the meaning can affect us in various ways and help guide us or motivate us to certain degree. Also to many its a sign of accomplishment, look where our ancestors have been and how their made wise with their lives and business affairs.

Why do this?
I, personally am a huge fan of reading quotes as my signature most commonly has been a quote from a prominent figure of either the current day, or the age of romance. The quotes I'll be selecting will be from all over the history time-map. My favorites and some of the deepest meaning Quotes do come from renaissance, more specifically the Italian Renaissance and the age of Discovery and Exploration. I'll update the main topic with the quotes as well rather posting them every day in a new post.

If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself,
you will succumb in every battle
- Sun Tzu

It does not only apply to warfare, as it does in real life situations. If you understand what you are going against it gives you an upper hand, while if you go against something you do not understand you shall suffer failure...

The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
-Thomas Jefferson 3rd United States President

Liberty isnt something once can achieve without fighting for it, and it should be worth fighting for and it does have its costs.

"The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time."
- Mark Twain

A quote that hits home with me. I do not fear death itself; I fear going through life and not truly living, as a result of not doing all that I can to make it as enjoyable as possible.
