I haven't been on in quite some time due to no internet and my net book won't even let me play San Andreas without experiencing lag. Anyway, I plan to get high-speed internet very soon, and I was wondering if one of you fine people could inform me on what's the cheapest laptop that's able to run San Andreas with graphics on high without any problems.
