Seriously, theres a limit for everything...Torturing your very own civilians because he helped catch terrorists, while at the same time saying that you are making moves against terrorism. Cant even imagine what sort of horror the Pakistani civilians in the more dangerous regions have to endure...Forced to be harassed, and threatened by your own army to keep your mouth shut.
Dr Afridi was arrested at a checkpoint at Hayatabad on 22 May last year, 20 days after Bin Laden's death.
After this he says he was blindfolded for eight months and handcuffed for a year in a prison beneath the ISI headquarters in Islamabad.
"I had to bend down on my knees to eat with only my mouth, like a dog," he said.
During interrogations he was tortured with cigarette burns and electric shocks, he said, as the ISI rebuked him for helping the US find Bin Laden.
"They said: 'The Americans are our worst enemies, worse than the Indians,'" he added.
Dr Afridi also said fellow inmates had told him that they had been advised to make things up to prevent interrogation by visiting CIA officers.

And a much greater enemy are the hypocrites. Practicing the atrocities of the west and opposing them at the same time.

All I could say; long live Islam.
This man did a great job though.

implying that the terrorists are actual muslims.
This shit happens everywhere, it's only in Pakistan the media gets to find out about it.

Law enforcement here is not the best.

al-Qaeda is a global militant Islamist organization founded by Osama bin Laden.

I will go straight forward here, since you show a potential of researching, may you tell us about how Islam welcomes killing and terrorism when it strongly opposes it? If a person does these type of actions, he/she couldn't be called a Muslim.
Go.

I don't need to research for that. It seems he doesn't understand how al-Qaeda works and who they are.
To answer your question; simple, Jihad.

The USA funded the Taliban.
The Taliban is considered a state funded terrorist organization by many (the state being the US of A), the Pakistanis knew that this situation was very sensitive and did not mind the USA tasting a bit of their mistake, they where not involved in 9/11 (the pakistanis) but the USA is considered a major Enemy of Pakistani Intelligence Services, as-well as the state and its people. Why would the Pakistanis help their enemies - the same people who have committed war crimes on them. They are obviously upset about this whole situation.
If the USA had considered Pakistan an ally it would have informed their President at-least.
Please don't get this whole Jihad / Crusade / Nazi crap - it's purely political and personal issue.
Heard of that saying? "My enemy's enemy is my friend."

Very crude understanding of the reality.
The USA has more in common with states such as N.Korea then any other country in the world.
Civilians of the USA have continuously said they have been subjected to torture.

Yes, Holy war on self defense is terrorism `.`, are you also telling me that Jihad gives permission to murders and destruction? Clearly you need to research more.

Similar and no.

Sir, if you don't open our NATO trade route line, we will bomb your people houses with our high tech flying machines.

I am a Pakistani man.
Hmm, how is that important?
It is sickening to see stuff like this, on such an extent, is still occuring. It just goes to show that there is a great lack of organization in Pakistan, which sadly is caused by the government itself, for a big part. I don't believe there is any room for change within the next thirty years. Progression is slow... too slow.

Not really. I readed the Quran.
-
Not really. I readed the Quran.
Yea.... won't even bother with you now.
-
Not really. I readed the Quran.
You obviously need some reading lessons, or simply your Arabic sucks since you misunderstand the whole Quran.
Moreover You're an American ( English is your main language ) therefore you should know that "readed" does not exist, the past form of "read" is also "read" ( pronounced red ). Lets add some English lessons next to the Arabic lessons as well.

Actually, it is commonly used.
I clearly made a point, Mr. Speechless.

Made a point... Hmm Of course you did when calling every muslim a terrorist, I'll keep the "point" for myself.
Also please you're not even close to funny:

Not really. I readed the Quran.
However if one day you change your mind, do learn Arabic because it's the only way to understand the Quran. You clearly missunderstand everything about it.
Mr.Speechless? My new nickname? How thoughtful, thanks.

What is commonly used? I have trouble understanding your posts in this section. Were you talking about ''readed''? ''Readed'' is not commonly used and is a beginner's mistake in the English language. The past simple is ''read''.
There's no need to provoke everyone and act like a dick with your narrowminded interpretations of both the Islam and the Quran, to those who disagree with your extremistic thoughts. Everyone has his own opinion, and you should learn to accept that without trying to shove yours down other people's throats. You don't even have to respect their opinions, all you need to do is accept them and get on with your life.
You didn't make any point, you just made a few empty statements and accusations, with some provocative shit surrounding them.
Moreover You're an American
He's a German.

It seems like you're irritated and Muslim.
Could you quote the post of me saying that all Muslims are terrorists?
Should we go together?

If you re-read your own comments, you somehow did in an in-direct way. If you did not wish to deliver such a message, I apologize.
Nop I'm not irritated at all mate (: can you quote the post where it shows I am? Sorry if it lacks smileys, I tend to be serious about such discussions (: .

Just thinking because of the way you reacted.

Not really. I readed the Quran.
It's hard to take you seriously if this is what your posts are like.
Jihad does not involve the killing of the innocents, the Quran does not even allow you to make a large scale attack at night during war, but unless the innocents are evacuated, you cannot do anything, in fact you cannot even harm a hair on a child or woman's head. Now, blowing up mosques in not Jihad, blowing up army cantonments is not Jihad, blowing up Times Square with the people over there is not Jihad, these people are no muslims, have they ever blown up a brothel? Have they ever blown up some of the illegal drug factories that operate? No, they blow up places with lots of innocent people. In my opinion, calling yourself an 'Islamist' organisation and actually being an 'Islamist' organisation has a lot of difference, this particular post was just to clear that up, and perhaps shed some light of your obvious ignorance regarding such matters.
Now, back on topic. It's a shame such a high level organisation just let a security risk run off to the media, ain't it?
