i want to be a clan in gta vcmp plz how can i make my hq ?

If you wish to create a Clan, ask yourself the question, Am I suitable, active, motivated and dedicated enough to create a Clan and to maintain it?
You should be a role model to all people that join your clan and inspire them with your fine roleplay creativity.
Does this sound all attractive and challenging to you, it's time to work on a basis. Start by thinking of a name, a structure with ranks for your members, a goal and vision for your clan and an eventual location. Note that even though you could not afford a certain building, if it has no other use, I'm sure you could make it your Headquarters.
When all of that has been found and made, start by building a topic that combines everything above in one main form, your Clan's topic. This topic will be representing your clan, so take your time in creating and designing your topic, eventually with the help of a topic designer or a forum moderator.
When your topic is finished, publish it and your Clan's good to go!
