Title: Forum bug
Post by: TheRock on September 13, 2012, 09:47:39 am
Hey guys.

There seems that I have a strange bug for .. many months now.. I usually join the forum with the .com domain, however half of the menu under the logo moves me to the .eu forum, whereas my cookies don't work on that one..

For example; I see the user-menu; "HOME
FORUM
PERSONAL
MY MESSAGES
CALENDAR
MEMBERS
AUCTIONS
DONATIONS
DOWNLOADS
HELP
SEARCH
LOGOUT"

However if I press on the 'FORUM' button, I'll be instantly 'logged out' (because it's .eu), whilst if I press a .com link, I'll be logged back-in... Can some forum admin fix that..? or just re-link that one with "./index.php?action=forum" instead of the url with .eu ?  :help: :help: :help:

Some minor changes may have been caused by the DNS of GoDaddy being taken out earlier this week.
For the rest, just login on both 'forever' and you have no problem...

Its not about logging in forever, it maybe a problem about this PC.
As i am in the school for now(dont worry, its allowed here(germany :D)), this PC doesnt show pictures as well, and it occurs only with the forum button, that i log off. I dont have the problem at home with my laptop, so i dont really think it has to do with thhat hack.

A way around being "logged out" simply login on the .com and the .eu links, you won't have an issue.
Just remember to select "Forever" for login period.

Problem is existing for.. a long time already.. I just noticed the links today and realized it was those causing it..

However the issue that remains is that since my browser has saved .com cookies, it just wont accept .eu ones somehow... ;|
