Ohi.
So previously I had Nvidia 8600 which fried.
I bought a new videocard which is AMD Radeon HD 6450 .
So before I had smooth gameplay always and everywhere except el corona corner were everyone is fps droping.
But with my new videocard I fps drop almost 80 percent of the map,it's unusual and my card can 100 percent handle the game as before. I tried lower FPS but it didn't help at all.
I have no crap mods to affect my game so I am looking forward for solution. K thx.

Check if it happens with other games too. Check if you got the last drivers properly installed. If it happens with other games too and you got no proper drivers then but a new one :P

Okay,Chris my fps drops at Elcorona,I think its common problem or game bug. I think you should play the game at high

Soo, it's possibly the cars at the train station and LSAP that cause a little lag, no other clue why it would lag like that though.
Besides possibly a map glitch.
-
As Devin said could be a map bug or something, Go to here http://www.amd.com (http://www.amd.com) and download the lastest drivers for your card to ensure that it is running correctly.
Not sure why you bought such a weak card though
-
I have latest drivers and all is fine from PC side.
Even my previous videocard which is much more shittier hadn't such issue.
El corona is indeed bugged but not whole map like in current case.
I haven't change my game nor reinstalled it from fried card times,it's still same with no mods as previously.
As regarding other games, other game performance dramatically increased after having better videocard so my card is more than fine.
-
What about other games?
If it happens in other games then you probably did something wrong when replacing the card

Don't know how this is possible, but please do take a look in the links below.

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/HD_6450_Passive/27.html (http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Sapphire/HD_6450_Passive/27.html)
Looking at TechPowerUp's charts, your old 8600 would have placed along with the HD5750. (at 475%)
Long story short, your new graphics card is worse than your old one so I wouldn't be surprised if you run games worse than before.
Edit: Anyway, weird behaviour in games are mostly caused by either drivers or game bugs. Seeing you haven't changed your game, I'd suggest to use Driver Sweeper in Safe Mode to clean all AMD and nVidia drivers from your PC, then perform a clean install of the AMD drivers. Also, if you are currently running the 12-8 drivers, try using older ones such as 12.7 or 12.6, or if you are using older drivers, download the 12-8 drivers from AMD's website.

And disable Catalyst AI.

It might be worse in a way but in mean time space of new videocard is four times bigger, therefore my game performances only increased and I am able play then much better than with old videocard which technically performed better but had much smaller space.
As an example I could give WOT ,DayZ.
-
The size of the card doesn't matter, what matters is the chipsets on the card, and the cooling capability of course.

dude 'playing much better' and 'performed better' mean the same thing. One video card can't play better while the other performs better. It just makes no sense.
-
(Dont laugh k :DD ) turn off the Frame limitter
-
Problem is AMD...stick with Nvidia!
-
AMD's are known to have awful cooling and run at far higher temperatures than Intel and others.
It's like buying generic instead of genuine.
-
stop saying shit guys.
i have a redeon card on max load its not going higher than 60C.
ok i will now tell you what are all the possible reasons for those problems:
- Bad case cooling + full of dust causing you to have a high temperatures.
- broken cpu cooler pins, full of dust, bad thermal paste.
- download "advanced system care" and do deep care.
- download anti malwaresbyte.
- delete your old video card drivers.
- as i said before check out your temperatures by downloading "HWMonitor" and post a picture here with your temperatures.
- possibly you need a disk defragment, but it can be done with advanced system care too.
i think thats all.
-
Looool.
Fans are fine,pc is clean, nothing is broken, stop hate on AMD.
:ps:Frame limiter always been off.
-
It's all because you're using a stolen graphics card..

I have AMD Radeon HD 6500 ( 2 gb ) and it works perfectly , FPS 90 stable even with fraps on , hmm I play PES 12 without any problems ( very smooth )
JUST THROW THAT SHIT YOU HAVE AND BUY INVIDIA!!
