Title: Randomly got a new IP?
Post by: Woka on September 16, 2012, 05:57:41 am: Over the past few days,I've noticed that my ip changed.and I had no notification of this what so ever.Any explination to this?

There was a tropical storm that kept on giving me power outages but I remember still having the same ip

Your ISP probably has a dynamic IP system which changes your address every so often.

About the "IP Location" it's more in regards to your ISP, so basically your modem/router connects to your ISP, so basically it's showing where your ISPs location is.
