No
Try relogging in a few minutes,i think VCMP always restarts like SAMP.
This happens often.

Bad internet / server crashing (if you refresh your VCMP browser, click on the server and see the data is invalid, like players: 0/0 ping 9999, then it means it's down/crashed)

As Marcell said, slow internet connections can cause this. I remember it being an issue in MTA:VC too back when 56k dial-up was common.

Haha, I remember those days playing MTA:VC on dial-up :p

Hey, I guess you must be St.Anger from the server?
I checked out your account very quickly, and on the surface things look fine. You reported your problems to me in-game, and at the time the server also seemed pretty stable.
Like the others posted, maybe it would be worthwhile checking your Internet and network connections?
You mentioned that this was only a problem in the Argonath RPG server? That's quite strange.. I also did some checks on your IPs and aliases, they all seem in check.
If this problem persists even after a few days (and only on this server), perhaps it would be best to get a Scripter to look over your account in greater depth.
Sometimes, certain usernames (particular characters in names) can cause an issue. With yours, I can't see an imminent problem, but may be wrong.
P.S. Timeouts (game freezing, generic unexpected client crashes) are not uncommon, but I think for you you're facing the problem where the server ends connection altogether, prompting the default "Lost connection to the server." message.

I had the same problem until several days ago. I fixed it by getting new internet.
