Managing and regulating Argonaths highways and strategic roads with Argonath Road Administration since 2011
The Highways Agency is a division within the Argonath Road Administration, and is responsible for operating, maintaining, regulating and improving the road network in Argonath. The network is made up of Argonaths highways and main roads.
The Highways Agency was originally formed in 2010, but soon became a division of the ARA. Our main task is to regulate roadworks standards, plan roadworks, and inspect roads.
What do HA members do?
On a daily basis, Highways Agency members do the following tasks:
• defect inspections(inspect roads for dangers)
• investigatory inspections(investigate reports or roadworks accidents)
• improvement plans(plan roadworks)
• inspections of work(inspect roadworks so that they are to the correct standard)
