Title: Problem , HELP please

When I join Argonath RPG or Any server my Game got hang at Login and I have to restart my Computer

1).1 Gb of ram
2).512MB of Graphic card
3).Windows XP

Does this only happen with GTA:SA or also other games?

GTA:SA

All games , I think Windows problem.
