Carlos Rivera was born in Mexico City. Not much is known about the time he lived there and he doesn't like to talk about his past. He moved to America in 1980, but he couldn't find a job so he started working for himself. He spent all his money on a small shop in East Los Santos and converted it into a 24/7, but it was not enough. He wanted more. So he started smuggling drugs, using his 24/7 store as a front. Known for his ruthless ways to punish people, he didn't like people standing in his way, so he got rid of them. He soon started to get a bigger share in the drug market so that's when he came in touch with Sureno 13. He found a local buyer named Stefano Ruiz, and they soon started working together. He became Segundo Jefe later that year, but years passed, and Carlos got older. He left the drug operation for Stefano to run, but that doesn't mean he left the Sureno's. He's still in control of the Sureno's if Stefano isn't around and keeps an eye out for everyone who steps in their way...
