Well, if you have been banned, that means that you cannot keep up with the rules, and that means that you cannot teach the rules either.. So this is a little bit ironic. Dont get surprised at the amount of surprise here.

There, a dedicated police Academy will see you ready for a lot of the situations that you might run into on the streets.
(And plus, there's always the chance that you could get invited to join SWAT or FBI).
