A really simple idea to better adjust a longtime feature in the server.
People on police duty have access to the /c pull command, which gives a quick message to the target asking them to pullover (their vehicle).
You must be near enough to the target to use the command, but once used it shows a server wide message.
I don't think a server wide message is really needed here? Perhaps we could consider limiting the range, making it so that only the target and those within a pre-defined range sees the message (all cops/civilians/criminals in that range, just to mention).
Just another little thing that can clear the chat up. :)
Edit: Lag (as always) might be an issue, especially if a suspect/someone being pulled over claims that they didn't see the message, despite the police saying that they managed to use command. Maybe in that case, despite of range make it so that the target definitely receives the message? As it is, once you are within a certain distance to them, you can use the command. This could be a sufficient check to prevent people from using it from across the map.
