Title: Changing wheel textures.

Mod shop wheels have no txd files (They are all .dff) and I want to add some effects to the tyre treads, I can't use TXD Workshop since it only opens TXD's so does anyone know any other ways I could change wheel textures without downloading a programme like Zmodeler? Thanks. ;)

I want to change the normal IG default GTA SA wheels, the tyre treads that is, not the way they look. :lol:
