Can anyone tell me how to fix it? I cant play with this

What are your PC specs??
What graphic settings are you using?

Open notepad and type "-availablevidmem 6.0", then save it as "commandline.txt" and toss it into your GTA IV folder. It's not the most stable thing, but I've yet to have seen it cause trouble for me.

Seems like insufficient memory or graphical processing power.
Tell us your PC specifications (Processor, RAM, graphics card, power supply, motherboard) and we will be able to help more. :)

Well you're lucky enough that you could open IV with that processor and graphics unit. :lol:

I had the same problem,but i got really low specs... :P
