Once upon a time, in the the worlds greatest country, there was a young boy.
His name was Dimitrij Arkadejewitsch Popov, and he had quite a safe life with his family.
The family was a mafia, not a big one, but one that was very feared.
The fear was something that gave the mafia great power.
And the Popov family knew how to use it.
But, there was a person.
A person without fear, but with hatred.
Hatred against the Popov family.
I myself have never been able to actually get the mans name.
I dont think he would ever have told me.
My father didnt tell me either.
Well, that man wasnt alone.
He was part of a far greater family then ours.
And, within of a few hours of war, everything was gone.
My father, dead.
My mother, dead.
My brother, dead.
And with them, 90% of the family.
Me and some others were the only one to escape.
We escaped in a helicopter, towards America.
Well, we were nearly there.
Just a few kilometers, and we would have been safe.
I could never believe it.
They found us.
They catched us.
They destroyed our helicopter.
Everyone, who was in that helicopter at that time, died.
Everyone was in there.
Except one.
Me.
I survived, in a sea near San Andreas.
And it seems like I`ve been quite lucky, surviving this.
It seems like I`ve been quite lucky that a police sea patrol found me.
Well, now there I am.
In San Andreas.
Alone.
But not for long...

2. Do not kill, disrespect or thread one of our own Members, even if you think you have a proper roleplay reason.
3. Do not disrespect or scam anyone, not even our enemys.
4. You may not join any law enforcemt group.
5. You may not join any other family, while in Popov.
About rulebreaking:
Rule breaking will not be tolerated.
Breaking a rule will result, depending on the case, in a warning or a ban.
If any rules are broken again, a full ban from the family will follow.

Any rulebreak that is related to this family, familys relations or whatever, will not be tolerated.
Rules will be added this evening.
Just check my punishment history on the panel, and you know what I mean ;)
In total, there should be 3 or 4 bananas...
So dont worry...

Changed rules, and the rulebreaking part.

I already joined 3, 2 of them closed one or two weeks, one did not share my real understanding of RP.
But well, Ive made my desision.
