When i open SA:MP favorite servers list i can see that all my favorite servers is online expect argonath .. When i try to enter argonath it says ''The server didnt respond..'' Or somthing like that . I tryed to to re-on my wierless but it didnt work i tryed to reconnect too ..
Is the problem from me ? or from the server ?

One thread is enough. You should use thread titles that describe your problem so others can also find the thread if they have the same problem.
