When i open SA:MP favorite servers list i can see that all my favorite servers is online expect argonath .. When i try to enter argonath it says ''The server didnt respond..'' Or somthing like that . I tryed to to re-on my wierless but it didnt work i tryed to reconnect too ..

Is the problem from me ? or from the server ?

If you have an anti-virus like AVG you can disable the firewall or add samp.exe as an exception to it so it'll let you connect.

A couple of routes from Israel are blocked, so if you're from there, you're more than likely blocked.
