Are exactly the same, the first one is from the Luciano topic and the second one is from your topic. You only added the name of your group and (Answer here). Even the little logo's infront of every question is the same. I don't think the maker of this form (the Luciano's) like it that you coppied it, so I suggest you make your own. ;)

And it's not my form, I'm not a luciano. But I just think that you shouldn't copy stuff from other people. You can say you made your own. But the facts are the facts. It looks exactly the same and that's a chance of one in a million.
