Rockstar Games' website is up, but relax man! The second trailer is still being worked on by Rockstar Games' HQ in New York, which was hit by the superstorm/hurricane "Sandy". This cut out their power and delayed the trailer. It will be on the front page of their website once it's done. ;)

They might have another webserver that servers your side of the world to decrease load on their website. If you're getting that error, it's probably down due to the recent storm issues. Just be patient for the time being, and don't worry...the second trailer isn't out yet. :)
