Hello i am Ritcher i am playing this server since 2010 but i was inactive in the middle i am posting here for the new cars in Argo or you can say replacing with the cars and the car speeding change like sultan costs 80k but its speed is like blista :P sultan speed should be increased and we are bored from the old cars the cars shuold be like BMW models ,Bughati,ferrari and so many others if someone want to give the suggestions then they can do it and the main thing cars price changing.

The vehicle speeds will not be changed, no matter what.
You say "replacing cars", that's done player side with car mods, basically "car skins".
If you don't like how a car looks, feel free to download a car mod, but beware if it affects the cars size, control or handling you may be punished.

Like Devin said, I'd also go for a visual modification as that is your best bet in "changing" a vehicle. Most of the time Argonath goes for the norm options and features when it comes to elements in the server (keeping it in line with how the original game would have been). Altering too much of the physical aspects, mapping aside, may just lead to inconsistencies in the game engine. We can hope that when their single player versions were made the developers chose those physics based on what they had found to be most appropriate.

Outside mods to change aesthetics can be fun though. :D

You know why sultan costs 80k? Well let me explain you :
1)Sultan is fully tunnable
2)Sultan have 4 seats
3)Sultan is best handling car
4)Sultan looks way better than Blista

170km/h is the fastest you'll get on a four-doors vehicle, due to several factors.
Besides; The Blista's top-speed is 161(Estimated)

On top of that your idea is not possible since you cannot "stream" custom models to any client.

What's wrong with the default cars anyway? Some rock  :D

Actually, the fastest 4doors car is the PD cruiser, 177km/h

admins can do anything and also they can change cars that i said and car mods that you talking about that will only for me and Lazee also got banned for car mods.
