Title: Can't Connect!

Hi, I'm new to Vice City Multiplayer and I want to connect to this server.
I enter the server into favourites and it just says retrieving info and doesnt change at all.
I got the IP address off the wiki and i don't know what to do so i just asked here.
if any can give me a solution it would help me a lot.

They should be restored within the next few hours when the Server Owners wake up. :)
