SO hi guys why i cant play vice city on windows 7 i try everything i run as administratod i try to make work with windows 98/me maybe because i use laptoop

You are running both with windows 98/me, right? I mean both VCMP and GTA Vc.exe

ok im using 32 bit laptop windows 7 when i try to run i see a disk icon and nothing

What do you mean with a disc icon, is it asking you to insert the CD?
