Hey all was wondering if anyone could help,
Recently i have been having a issue where i get randomly redirected after trying to go on the ARPD or Argonath forum, It takes me to the same address each time Whatsmyip...Something or other. Just before the Redirect i somtimes get a message saying that the forum is trying to open somthing that needs java but java isnt availible on my PC. I have updated java several times yet i still get this message and after i remove the message i get a redirect to that damn website. The message doesnt always pop up its only on occasions
The problem is starting to irritate me as its affecting my use of the forum. Any help would be great
Mega
PS; To use the forum on my PC i seem to have to click on loads of things on the Page ASAP. i Usually change between the login screen to search and members Etc, this most of the time stops the redirect happening but not always

Try to take a screenshot and note the exact time when it happens. It may be a rogue advertiser that we need to block.

I have reinstalled my browser so i am no longer being redirected to Whatsmyipaddress.com but i still get this message

Got same problem it redirects me automatic to a website called whatsmyip. It happens to me every time, not depending on time but Browser. If I use "Internet Explorer" it redirects me to that website, but when I use Chrome for example or any other browser with "AdBlock" it doesnt.

Just when i thought they were gone...It just happened again

It's causing database problems in the ARPD forums for odd reasons at the moment.

Have you tried out a different browser?
And I think it can happen that you can set Java off.
