What do you guys think?
Some say it is Metal Gear Solid V
"Moby Dick Studio unveils the world premiere trailer for "The Phantom Pain" at the 2012 Video Game Awards. All footage is shown running in real-time on hardware equivalent to current generation consoles (PS3 & XBOX360)."

1) This is a PR campaign by Kojima
2) Yes this is Metal Gear Solid 5

Obviously Metal Gear Solid V.

One of the most obvious is the developers of The Phantom Pain. "Moby Dick Studios" was created and documented 2 weeks before the launch trailer. Their youtube page went up a day before the trailer and only have one video.

Nevertheless, looks to be a very promising game.

Holy shit, this is gonna be one awesome MGS game, especially after seeing a fucking fire whale swallow a helicopter whole

Revengeance is sort of a spin-off action game, developed by another studio.
