Title: SA:MP Bugged - again

Hello
Everytime I try to start SA:MP, the screen gets freezed before the LOADING SCREEN. I can only close it by Restarting my computer.
Any ideas?

Running any mods?
Old fix for some bugs, delete gta_sa.set.
