I'm planning on getting a GeForce GTX 680 soon. And I currently have a XFX 650W (http://www.pccasegear.com/UserFiles/xfx650b1.jpg) Power supply.
Not going to do any overclocking, by the way.
Technically (And according to Nvidia's website) it would work, but I want to be sure. Is 650W enough?
Other specs:
- i5
- Asus motherboard
- 8 GB RAM
Thanks!

You would be fine with a 500W power supply already. The recommendations on the manufacturer websites are always a buff overkill.
Anyways, the answer to your question is yes. Actually, we once stress-tested a similar PC setup at work few months
back (100% CPU and GPU usage) in the worst possible way and the setup never consumed more than 300 watts.

650W is plenty.

It's always good to have a bit of overhead but too much is a waste.

Yes you should be fine

That's a relief, guys! :)
Thanks for the help.
