Hey guys, I won't be on the server for a while because of some SA:MP problems, and I was wondering if somebody could help me?
The world keeps re-generating and will not stop, even if I stop moving. I have done all sorts of things, reducing visual FX, draw distance, but it still results in this. Sometimes the world will not even generate at all. It's annoying the hell out of me.
Here are some screens:

I have the theory that my cars are too high-poly, but I have been running high poly cars for a long time, and this problem has just sprung up today. My computer is way over-powered for an 04-05 game, so really, I do not know what to do...

Happened to me, have you installed ANY texture mods to your GTA3.img? Do you have loads of high detailed(high quality) mods installed? Do you have the latest version of stream fix?
-
Crap game mods cause that.
You need http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-san-andreas/tools/8775 (http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-san-andreas/tools/8775)

Do you have to reinstall the mods if this happens? Like, I get the same problem but I heard Stream memory fix can make your game crash.
-
I run no mods, yet I still run the memory fix for safety sakes, it's just a few files.
And no, you install the memory fix and run your game, it should work perfectly fine.

The link I was given is for the CLEO version. I got CLEO and all, shall I just use that version or the one that gets dragged into the gamefiles?

I placed the .asi file I downloaded into the CLEO folder, and it aint doing anything. Should it go in the "ASI Loader" folder, that holds the vorbis and vorbishooked.dll?

I got CLEO 3: v3.50.950

I've got no idea anymore to be honest, I just have the .asi file placed in my GTA San Andreas game folder, then one in the cleo folder.
There must be some instructions to install it somewhere.
Well it said it requires ASI Loader, perhaps try it..
-
Do you have the same file on both?
-
Yep, try place the .asi in ASI Loader and Cleo Folder.
