So I got a new laptop today that is loaded with Windows 8. I can say I'm pretty disappointed in Windows 8 so far, but nevertheless I can try to get used to it.
However, I'm having major issues with my touchpad. If I hold a key, the mouse freezes and cannot be used. This makes it difficult to play in game whenever I use my laptop to play.
Anyone know how to fix this?

Nevermind, updated driver software and played around with some settings and it seems to work fine now.

If it's a laptop, go to the Mouse Pad properties. Go the Device Settings tab, select your touchpad in the list and click settings. Click on pointing and then select PalmCheck. Turn Palmcheck all the way down and it should fix the problem.
