Right click on My Computer = > Properties = >
Advanced System Settings = >
A window will appear, hit the Advanced box = >
Performance(Settings) = > Data Execution Prevention = >
Select the ' Turn on DEP for all programs except those I select " =>
Add and try to add your application there.

No use, LA Noire launcher cant be added to DEP it says :/
