is it possible to change skins from menu>settings>change skin

That would require modifying the client and server to display, and that isn't something that is scriptable. You would have to request it from the people who make VC:MP on their forums:

Commands like /c loadskin and /c getskin exists for a reason.

Im just asking cuz i hav skins in the settings so i was just wondering if it was possible to use it and can it be possible. :razz:

I think he means the single player skins, you can change your player.txd however and add those skins in your gta3.img but modding is not recommended and will be seen only by you.
