Seems you have gremlins in your game for some reason..
What OS are you running? Please not Windows 8..
-
Windows 7 ultimate x64
-
Odd, have you had any luck searching online? I have never had this sort of issue with GTA IV at all.
-
Yea, even contacted Rockstar and 2kgames, but its been 3 days and they have not replied!

Or can it be that my retail DVDs have some fault?
-
The disk could be at fault, but that's highly unlikely.
It may be 64bit causing issues but I really have no idea now..
-
Please can anyone else help?
-
I installed Win7 32 bit the game is working now thanks for all the help.
