Title: Is this mod allowed?

I looked up this mod that lets you make an animation when on a BMX. Meaning that when youy cycling, you can hit "R" and get a barspin, or "T" and a tailwhip, but the bike falls over normally, no changes on that. Theres also a "Superman" animation for doing an airtrick, but the bike needs to get landed properly like you would do a regular jump, its just an animated one, still the bike acts the same as in falling over. Am I allowed to use it while on argonath?

Any mod that gives you an advantage, in any slightest way is not allowed.

And it's likely to change your hitbox, too.
