Hey guys,
This is directed to the guys that are into sports.
So basically i've lost my shape in all those years and i started doing sports again. My favourite thing was running. I ran through the end of Autumn and the beggining of Winter, however, when the weather got worse, it started snowing and being really cold outside, i had to abort my running, because it was too uncomfortable to run in the snow and it was cold too, and im not really immune to cold :/ (Still, the running gave some results, as i always would end up finishing the running exercise somewhere in the end during the sports lesson, but after the running i did i finished second, still cant forget the face of our fastest runner when he realised i nearly beat him :D) . In any case, i'm focusing on building muscles on my hands and forming some ABS. I never had visible ABS, and the matter of the fact is i currently have a layer of fat on my stomach (it is smaller after running now though). I also have a lot of fate on the upper legs. So, what im currently doing is this exercise my bodybuilder friend suggested - 30 push ups - 10 minutes break - 30 push ups - 10 minute break - 30 push ups. After that i do 100 sit ups. And i do this every day except Saturdays and Sundays. My hand muscle became kinda visible now , but it's starting really difficult to do those 30 push ups. The first time is alright, but when the second time comes, it starts getting really difficult and i can hardly do it without having a short 3-5 second break after 20 of them. And about those ABS - I read that 100 push ups a day should be enough, they will be strong, but for them to get visible, you must remove the layer of fat that is on the stomach. So, there was a walking suggestion. How should i walk? I mean should it be my normal pace (which is fast, im a fast-walker :D), or should it be in some special way?
One more question - eating after exercises. I'm a really busy teenager :/. I return home in like 5PM since i've got a lot of stuff to do in school : Drama, chorus, football and i'm also a police explorer so i have a lot of stuff to finish before i can actually get home. Once i return, i spend a lot of time on my homework studying (Especially Chemistry and Maths, because i suck at it since i'm humanitarian - i'm great at languages and history). I'm 15 by the way. So once im done with all the stuff it is dinner/supper time. Is it okay to eat it or should i pass ? (I dont eat anything much for it anyways, usually a sandwich or something small)

Jumping ropes, running, lifting weights and abdominal work. Best workout ever.
I play basketball for 11 years now, and for 8 years straight I practice that way. Can't complain ;) It's a great way to stay in shape, I tell you that.

You should eat 5-6 meals a day if you want some good results. Consume minimum 2 liters of water per day.Do not eat anything that have starch, sugar or visible/bad fats after 15:00h.If you want ABS , just get rid of that fat layer on your stomach and here you go.If you have money , buy yourself Whey protein,it can help you either in diet and building muscles. You can always eat 3-4 fruits per day. And , about your walking , walk how do you want to walk. It really doesn't matter, since you have cardio trainings(running). Walking is healthy and it can help you to lose some weight(especially fast-walking). If you are in good condition and want to burn calories fast , try HIIT training.

Unless you're really good, you shouldn't play football, as it's just a hobby. Perhaps you should take up boxing or kick-boxing, the training is really tense and you will see results faster than playing football, plus it's a very handy sport when it's needed.

If you Like Running and like that try To play football , if no try Boxing or kick-Boxing , and try to lift weight its good and it need a hard work , it will make you stronger :)
All respect :Waka_Flocka.

Problem is, i live in a small town and we dont have any boxing or kick-boxing here.

Remember that by excersizingyou are using a lot of calories. There for you should eat regularly and enough, else you will get in trouble.
Eat natural products, and do not use additives without someone controlling and making sure it will not damage.

bla bla bla...i trained hard and now i'm good at everything i'm 180cm and 14 years old...i ate everything...you can eat everything..A LOT!!! (if you train more you will need more food)
if i say good at everything i mean EVERYTHING! natural products or bla bla...they are only for bodybuilders who only cares for their bodies...ofc ur body will be strong but it doesnt matter what do you eat!
-
ofc ur body will be strong but it doesnt matter what do you eat!
Why yes, yes it does matter what you eat.
Seeing as you say you are 14, I would suggest reading up a bit on nutritional information linked to diets.
As well as harmful side affects of eating badly too often.

Natural products are for people who also DO care about their health and care about their body condition.
btw.

If you consider McDonalds as a good food, then you should go and educate yourself then come back on this topic and start posting some useful and smart comments and opinions.

10 minute break in between your pushup sets is too much, try a minute and a half break at max. Also throw in some different pushup variations into your routine, like diamond (very very close hand placement) or with your hands at your hips.
I would advise you not to do sit-ups as they're not the best exercise for your back. Try crunches, planks, leg lifts and all their variations; remember to keep your core tight throughout the motion for best results. STRONG CORE.
Once you've developed a nice little strong core, you're gonna want to show these off, the best way to do that is to do cardio in order to burn off your body's fat layer. There is no way to target a specific area of fat; when your body burns off the fat, it does so proportionately throughout your body.
Remember to work your entire body out, never neglect your legs or your back since they are the most powerful muscles in your body.
Eat clean meals that are high in protein; like beans, chicken, lentils, oats, etc. 70% of results are diet. You are what you eat. So if you eat like shit, you look like shit.
REMEMBER: CALORIES IN - CALORIES OUT = WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT OVER
Your body will need extra calories and protein to have the energy and building blocks to be able to repair your torn muscle fibers, so eat a lot of good stuff. It will keep your strength high and give your body nutrients.
As long as you keep doing your cardio regimen and work out right, you'll be looking good in no time.
also smoke weed everyday

He is very serious.. waiting between a set is maximum a minute and half, if you want to rest 10 mins between a set then its like you didnt work at all.

Then dont do 30 more, do 10 more, and raise the amount after you feel 10 is easy.
Squeaks program is good, you should do it if you wanna build your body, tho take in mind it wont get you fit for running or stuff like that.
If you have the possibility I would suggest swimming, works out the entire body, and build it up.

when you start working out, you'll be able to do more, and more. The trick is to simply not give up, until you can achieve more. Remember there is always room for improvement and it's up to you.

Standard pause(for me) is only 45-60 seconds.
-
Okay, i'll try doing 10 and waiting only a minute between the sets
