So the problem is The GTASA and SAMP Lags and often my PC Crashes even the BLUE SOD Does not stay up for more then a mili sec and it starts to restart, other games Like COD 1+2 Run ok but also crash to the desktop and some full crashes, and ArmA Starts but runs at like 8fps and the mouse stuters/Jumps around ( Ihave it on my external HD and even if its on the Main HD still Does the same), So any Sugestions (No I cant get a new PC i am looking for a new gfx card But i cant afored the only one i found0 ( I cant buy online) :skull:

You're PC looks to be very outdated. Honestly, I'd suggest just getting a new PC. But since you can't it looks like you're SOL.

Since you put it like that, no suggestions.

I'm afraid you can hardly play GTA:SA/SA:MP at the recommended specs, let alone the minimum specs. The same goes for GTA:IV. They were both hardly optimized, althought GTA:IV is a lot worse than GTA:SA in terms of optimization.
Anyways, there is no fix for your problem without updating your hardware, sorry. :/

Update your drivers and set the GTA settings to low (frame limiter/anti-aliasing off). That might slightly help the lag. Check the graphics settings and disable pre-set anti-aliasing (just set it to application controlled) since the FX 5200 is usually pre-configured with them.
