What is a bootleg:
Refers to goods illegally sold and distributed, without proper taxation,
and at a loss to the original manufacturer of the goods. This can apply
to anything, from booze to cigarettes to designer jeans, as long as it
is sold and distributed by other than legal means.

What do we know about them:

Known as Risktaker Last seen in Montgomery Reported to reside in Palomino Creek, RC Is a frequent blood donor. He loves fishing.

Known as Four-eyes Last seen in East Beach Reported to live in a deserted trailer in LV. Is a freaky computer genius. Considers himself the last Mayan on earth. He has died a few times already.

This looks great, i couldn't understand everything in the document though but from what i understand is that is good for players having trouble selling things
