Okay, here's something I made a while ago (prices in Euro, 4000 Kuna is around 530 €):

Part-----------------Name-------------------------------------------------Amount---EUR
Motherboard------Asus P8H61 B3 Intel H61 LGA1155 ATX-------1------------78,90 €
Processor----------Intel Core i3 2100 3.1 GHz LGA1155----------1------------118,90 €
Graphics Card-----Asus ENGTX560 Ti DCII/2DI/1GD5------------1------------171,90 €
Case----------------Cooler Master Elite 310 ATX---------------------1------------35,90 €
PSU-----------------Corsair CX430W V2 CX---------------------------1------------49,90 €
RAM-----------------Kingston Valueram 2 GB 1333 MHz------------4------------11,90 €
DVD-----------------LG GH22NSRBBB, 22X DVD+-RW----------------1------------19,90 €
HDD-----------------Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.C 1TB-----------------1------------71,90 €

Depending on what you can salvage from your old PC (HDD, RAM, DVD, case, maybe even PSU if it's good enough), you can go for i5 3570K (241,80 €) and 660 Ti (327,90 €, make sure you get Ti). I didn't include prices for a monitor, keyboard, mouse or audio, as I think you already have those.

Where are you buying it from? Those parts are brand new ones, with Finnish taxes on top (like 20% more expensive than the most of EU).

This is a decent build, except for a couple things:
The Graphics Card is not really that good. I'd recommend a 650Ti (NOT 560) from Nvidia, or a Radeon 7850 from AMD
Get more RAM, 2gb is just not enough. RAM is very cheap so at most you're going to spend 10 more euros.
And you might want to change your HDD to something of more quality, Western Digital (WD) and Seagate are good brands.

Get the 7570HD, it's better.

Slightly better than the 560. But there are way better ones. With a ~550 euros budget you should allocate around 150 to the GPU, and you can shoot for way higher than a 7570

Just a note, that there are 4 of those 2GB RAM sticks.

woops my bad then, I just looked at the price and assumed it was one stick. Either way 2x4GB would be better

Good point, and 650Ti could work out better, too.

Could you please link a Croatian online shop, please? I could then build one with the prices they have.
