i have the same problem atm idk maybe is the server i tried to restart the SA:MP restart my internet i changed my IP but nothing... :(

the scripts are currently locked up. Those in-game are met with a frozen world, those trying to get in are unable to do so. The server is online and active, but the scripts have called it quits. We need to wait for someone with access to login to the game panel and force the server to reload. I can't do it from in-game.

Just wait patiently.
