It was September,2011. Ciskone Mafia opened,with HQ at LS Mulholland by Tom Ciskone(Tom_Evans now) and Kostas Ciskone(Kostas. now).Ciskone Mafia closed after some time.Kostas and Tom have tryed many times to re-open Ciskone,There last try was to find a new name,They made "Evans Crime Family" With HQ In SF,Calton Heights, it started and kept well but it closed. Now,Tom Evans is making up again Evans Crime Family with their HQ in LV's Camel's Toe hoping for the best.
