Is it illegal in Argonath or not ? Mods are not allowed as I know

Handling mods are not allowed, if the mod doesnt change any carhandling, which I think not, then you can use it. Same as skins for car. As long as it doesnt gives you an advantage above others.

Car Skins may give advantage, somehow it's still allowed...

Car skins should be the same size etc as the car where the skin applies to. So if it does give an advantage over others, its not allowed.
