Title: Unable to start SA:MP with Windows 7

Whenever I click "connect" to Argonath white screen appears than "R" appears and I got screen like in single player , New game, Load, Exit

If you re-installed do not forget the following:
1. Do not use a folder in Program Files, those are protected against run-time operations that SA:MP uses.
2. Be sure to install the correct version of SA:MP
3. Be sure  to have "downgraded" your GTA:SA

Wouldn't that be fixed with having full administration rights on the computer?

I've played SAMP on a pc where full rights were disallowed before. However thats my input..
