Title: Draw Distance(Not sure)

Well I got this awkward problem, I've downloaded a street and tree mod and now this happens:


When I'm far away:

When I'm a bit far away:

Does anyone got the solution to fix this problem? I want it so when I'm far away it is same as when I'm close... Thanks in advance.

PS. I put the draw distance on full and tried, it still did the same...

To the point, I would say re-install the game or remove the "Mod", especially when you're not running with a high FPS on the game to begin with, the last thing you should be doing is adding mods as they will cause more lag.
