Try updating your graphics drivers to the latest ones.
If you're still lagging run CCleaner to remove unnecessary old internet files and so on. Click here for CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner)
If that doesn't solve it, try defragmenting your hard drive. Click here for Defraggler (http://www.piriform.com/defraggler)

Well you need to figure out what graphics card you have and go from there.

I don't think he has a GPU, it's a laptop.

Perhaps outdated VGA drivers, you never know.

fist of all go to START and put %temp% clen it, then use cclener to clen the memory in use,
now grow up your virtual memory start-2046 end-4092 on C and D

ok ok,
you go to the Start menu, now you tipe %TEMP%, Then you select all files and delete them all,
the you use cclener to clen the memory,
then you go whit the muse to the pc icon and press on the rhit botten, the you select Advanced System Settings, then you go to memory Performance - Settings-- then you put the numbers i give you start: 2046 end: 4092
do it on C SYSTEM AND ON D

To simplify it, remo is saying you should remove temporary files as they are unnecessary.
Next to run CCleaner which removes temporary internet files and other files that are basically "junk".
Then he's saying you must increase your virtual memory by setting more hard drive space to be used as a sort of RAM - Random Access Memory
So basically to set more "virtual ram" as in when your system is under a bit of load, it will use some of the spare hard drive space as ram to speed up performance.
The default value is usually rather low, but you can increase it manually.
Here's a rather helpful guide:
