Yeah, what happends when you press OK? You get a crash/error?

Hit 'don't show me again' and forget about it, it's absolutely normal.

after that error, the sa won't launch

Try re-installing GTA SA and SAMP 0.3x.
-
i try that by 2 times, i downloaded a new gta sa , and again 0.3x

Try updating your graphics drivers..
-
Perhaps this can be moved to Hardware & Software support.
It's most likely a driver related issue. What graphics card are you using?
-
i'm using Nvidia GeForce 7300LE
-
It cant be the graphics card... I mean you don't need a graphics card it to play gta sa.....
-
i know man...but i'm waiting for a good answer..to resolve my problem
-
Try to run the GTA sa-mp as an administrator or in compatibility mode (Windows XP service pack 3)
-
As already said, you should run everything GTA related in 'Administrator' mode.
Go to your GTA SA Directory and right click the main 'GTA SA' file.
Click properties then compatibility and at the bottom tick 'Run as Administrator' then apply.
Also do the same with the SA:MP Client just to be sure that everything will work.
Hope it works for you, I had problems with GTA after changing from XP to Win7.
-
Try running it as Admin with Windows 98 comp.

TC,i resolved i installed Windows Sp3

i can see by the resolution aswell, just make sure you change to highest resolution, try reinstalling the esact drivers and files, if all else fails all i can say is try reinstalling San Andreas and Samp 3x, also if you are using a Illegal copy ie, downloaded from Bittorrent, make sure you get a correct one, thats all i can say good luck.
