Title: Trouble with saving settings.

Hello.

My problem is that, whenever i log into San Andreas, i get 16bit color resolution, mapping set to keyboard, inverted flying, and being unable to move mouse unless i spam ESC button for sometime. The settings would revert if i relog into any SAMP server. Anyone have any solutions to fix this problem?

Change your graphics settings and keyboard controller settings.
That gta_sa.set file in My Documents > GTA San Andreas user files is the file which contains the controls/settings, if you delete that, your settings go to game default.
