Indeed, if you can read Mr Hondje, you could see it is SA:MP Map Constructor <3

As per error ...work on editor when SAMP/offline SA is not running. If game is running and you open editor and try to load map it will keep giving error.

The problem is, it gave me this error after I just restarted my PC :P, so its not a real error but some kind of bug, making the game think my GTA is running while it is not d:

Is it on the same folder as GTA:SA?

Just drop the files into your GTASA folder, make sure they are not in a seperate folder

re install the map editor in your GTA:SA file

I did that, could the problem be that I installed my GTA SA on my desktop and not in Rockstar games ?
-
Paste all files of map Editor in GTA SA main directory where gta_sa is located.
