Auto Club Revolution is a free to play online racing game and car community featuring real cars, real tracks and real upgrades. 

It contains officially licensed cars from over 30 of the world’s leading motor manufacturers and 80 upgrade manufacturers plus a console-quality racing experience, all built on top of a social platform for owning, customising and enjoying cars online!

Registered members can create a collection of officially licensed cars, customise them, upgrade them and take them on the track to race.  While the game’s front end is entirely based in your web browser the racing itself takes place in a downloaded application (The ACR Racing App), which is free to download and which powers the premium quality ACR racing experience.

Seems interesting, I assume it has a great support for wheels?

Yes you can use a Steering wheel

Tried it out, not that impressed, wheel worked okay though.

Looks awesome . I will refinately try it . Probably download it tonight . I would like to know if there are any kind of factions/groups in there though . And if yes are you in one?

Yes there are groups that you can join or you can make your own group but only after lvl 20 I think. And I am not playing it anymore,  it requires you to open up some ports and I can't do that because of my network type
